Online Training of Survey on Rice Tile Based on Area Sample Framework with Computer Assested Personal Interviewing (CAPI) Mode on July 22-24, 2020. Followed by Head of Statistics of Production and Head of Statistics of IPDS BPS in West Sumatra.Previously the Ubinan Survey used a household approach to collect data on rice productivity. It takes quite a long time to update the household in advance to obtain a sample list of rice farming households that harvest at a certain subround.Now the ubiquitous survey uses an area approach, which is based on the Area Sample Framework (CSA) using observation points in the subsidy according to the rice growth phase. By involving the role of the latest technology, so that the rice production data collected becomes more accurate, faster and timely.To support the need for optimal data collection, BPS is reviewing changes in data collection modes, from Paper and Pencil Interviewing (PAPI) to Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI).KSA-based fabrication with CAPI is carried out in all districts / cities in the Republic of Indonesia. The commodities covered are lowland rice and dry field rice.
