The development of the Consumer Price Index in the City of Bukittinggi during 2020 has fluctuated. It can be seen that the monthly inflation in 2020 varies from month to month. The highest inflation occurred in October 2020 (0.75%) and the lowest occurred in April 2020 (0.06%). Meanwhile, the highest deflation occurred in July 2020 (-0.39%) and the lowest was in September 2020 (-0.01%).In general, during 2020 (January-December) there was inflation of 2.02 percent or an increase in the consumer price index from 102.74 in December 2019 to 104.82 in December 2020.
