The challenges of the Industrial Era 4.0 which are increasingly high, require a change in the culture of working hours by utilizing the use of digital technology in its business processes, creativity and innovation must continue to be carried out so as not to be left behind.This activity is used to improve and develop BPS HR competencies. During the Covid pandemic, coaching must be carried out online through webinars and zoom meetings without reducing the target achievement and quality. This activity was carried out from 22 to 25 February 2021 attended by Regency / City BPS throughout Indonesia.
