Signing of the MoU on the Development of Sectoral Statistics and Information Exchange

As public servants, Polres Bukittinggi and BPS Kota Bukittinggi both recognize that public satisfaction is the main thing in each of the implementation of their respective duties and functions. Today, Monday 5 April 2020, the Head of BPS Kota Bukittinggi together with the Head of the Bukittinggi Police will sign an MoU regarding the Development of Sectoral Statistics and Information Exchange. This activity is related to improving services to the public in the Community Satisfaction Index survey. This survey was conducted by the Polres Bukittinggi to measure community satisfaction with the services provided by the Polres Bukittinggi. The role of BPS Kota Bukittinggi in accordance with Presidential Decree No.39 of 2019 in this activity is as a data supervisor in the survey conducted. BPS Kota Bukittinggi will provide assistance at each stage of the survey, whether the survey is in accordance with the Norms, Standards, Procedures and Statistical Criteria according to BPS Regulation No. 4 of 2019. If the survey is appropriate, then BPS will provide Statistical Recommendations as a sign that the survey is feasible and the results issued can be trusted.
