2021 Polkam Survey Implementation

The political situation often has an impact on the security situation. However, it is not uncommon for the security situation to trigger political action. These two subjects influence each other. It is necessary to monitor the political and security situation to determine the level of development over time and comparisons between regions. For this reason, the collection of political and security statistics (polkam) was carried out. In 2021 the polkam survey will be conducted in May - June 2021. This year, BPS Kota Bukittinggi will collect police data using a web-based application, namely SIPETAPOLKAM. It is hoped that this application can improve the efficiency of field activities and the accuracy of the polkam data collected.
