Hi #SahabatData #SahabatData, of course you still remember that #Statmin has shared information about the quality assurance recommendations from the United Nations Statistics Division in the previous weeks. #SahabatData may be wondering, what has been implemented at BPS in quality assurance of official statistics?

The Central Statistics Agency as the national statistical office in Indonesia has the responsibility to implement quality assurance within a quality assurance framework. Efforts to fulfill quality assurance are carried out in accordance with the principles, elements, and requirements of the quality assurance guidelines in accordance with UN recommendations.

These implementation efforts are carried out solely so that statistical institutions are able to consistently produce quality statistical outputs. This implementation must be carried out continuously and continuously so that good data quality is maintained. Of course, in implementing quality assurance there are many challenges that must be faced, but efforts to improve the quality of statistical output need to be improved from time to time.
