Implementation of Interregional Trade Survey

Currently, at BPS (also in BPS Kota Bukittinggi) the Inter-Regional Trade Survey (PAW) is currently underway. Trade between regions describes a series of paths for the movement of goods from one region to another. This is related to the needs and availability of different commodities in each province.

This survey aims to obtain the value and volume of inter-regional trade, map of inter-regional trade and find out the main modes of transportation used.

At BPS Bukittinggi City, 64 businesses were sampled in this survey activity. The business sample is spread over 3 sub-districts in Bukittinggi City.
