Implementation of SKSPPI 2021

As a component of expenditure GDP, changes in inventory are no longer counted as residuals. BPS gradually improves inventory counting through increasing availability by implementing SKSPPI (Special Survey for the Study of Preparation of Inventory Changes).

This survey aims to:

1. Get an overview of the quantity and value of the inventory/inventory position at the beginning of the year and the end of the year

2. Obtain inventory/inventory patterns and structures according to commodity type and business field classification

3. Obtain information on the ratio of inventory to production value (output) and its pattern in various business fields lapangan

4. Implement SNA 2008 related to inventory changes.

This survey will last until August 2021.
