#SahabatData, surely some of you are curious about the career map at BPS? Now, let me try to give you some information, maybe someone is interested in working as a BPS ASN. At BPS, like other agencies, there are 2 career path choices, namely structural and functional. An ASN employee who is accepted as a BPS employee is now directly mapped by BKN according to the proposal from BPS. BPS also accepts employees according to the required formation. Well, starting at the end of 2020, the organizational structure at BPS has experienced a reduction, from the beginning there were 7 structural officials within the BPS City of Bukittinggi, to only 2 people, namely the Head of the work unit and the Head of the General Subdivision. Meanwhile, 5 other structural officials are equalized in functional positions. There are 2 main functional positions at BPS, where BPS has the authority as an assessment and advisory team, namely the statistical function and the computer system function. However, there are several other functions, especially in the budget management and BMN sections that BPS employees can choose from.
