Availability of decent water is very important. In accordance with the sixth goal of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which are continuously being pursued by various countries in the world, including Indonesia, which is “Ensuring the availability and management of sustainable water and sanitation for all people”. Clean water is one of the most vital needs for every human being. The availability of clean water in sufficient quantities, especially for drinking and cooking purposes, is the main objective of the clean water supply program that is continuously being pursued by the government. Based on the results of the March 2020 Susenas survey, the majority of Bukittinggi residents use the main drinking water source, which is bottled water/refillable water, which reached 73.54%.
