Audience with the Mayor of Bukittinggi

On Friday, October 15, 2021, the Mayor of Bukittinggi, Mr. Erman Safar, was pleased to receive the arrival of the Head of BPS for the City of Bukittinggi and his staff for the purpose of hearing and socializing the activities of BPS for the City of Bukittinggi. On this occasion, the Head of the Bukittinggi City BPS explained the routine activities carried out by the Bukittinggi City BPS in accordance with the duties and functions mandated by Law No. 16 of 1997. Some of the main indicators he produced were described in the hope that they could be used by the Bukittinggi City government to adopt policies. The Mayor of Bukittingi was also pleased to visit the Bukitinggi City BPS website at that time and have a look at some of the publications and data provided there.

With regard to the Development of Skectoral Statistics, the Communications and Informatics Service was pleased to accompany the Bukittinggi City BPS at that time and explain the role of the data guardian and supporting data guardian from the SKPD and the role of the Bukittinggi City BPS. On this occasion, several achievements and agenda of data foeum activities that will be carried out in the next few months were also presented.
