Capacity Building Building Personal Branding

On 10-11 November 2021 BPS Bukittinggi City held a capacity building with the theme "Building Personal Branding in the Application of Professional Core Values, Integrity and Trustworthiness to Realize the Provision of Quality Statistical Data for Advanced Indonesia". This activity was attended by all employees of the Bukittinggi City BPS and selected partners. The speakers gave presentations including Excellent Service, Motivation and character building. The purpose of this activity is, among others, to improve the services of the Bukittinggi City BPS to data consumers, both before the data is generated and after the output is achieved. As a satker, the quality of performance of the Bukittinggi City BPS is inseparable from the quality of each individual involved in it. It is hoped that with this activity, new institutional branding will be created as a result of new personal branding.
