The infographic above explains the impact of covid on the working age population. Working age population refers to the population aged 15 years or more.

In August 2021, there were 12,507 working age residents affected by COVID-19 in Bukittinggi City,

consisting of:

1. Unemployment due to COVID-19 (901 people),

2. Not the Work Force (BAK) due to COVID-19 (453 people),

3. Temporarily not working due to COVID-19 (1,064 people), and

4. Working residents experiencing reduced working hours due to COVID-19 (10,089 people).
