Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistiscs of Bukittinggi Municipaity 2023

Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by BPS-Statistics to identify statistical data needs and the level of customer satisfaction with BPS data and services. SKD is implemented by BPS-Statistics at the central, provincial and Regency/Municipality levels. Implementing SKD at the Regency/Municipality levelsis the IPDS Section. In 2023, BPS-Statistics of Bukittinggi Municipality re-organized the SKD. The 2023 SKD results are presented in the form of publications containing analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of data quality satisfaction and analysis of service satisfaction. This analysis is complemented by a presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
