In the framework of evaluating work unit performance, Bappenas and the Ministry of Finance have separate programs. Bappenas monitors work unit performance progress through a web-based application called e-Monev, while the Ministry of Finance, through the local KPPN, conducts assessments, one of which is through output results reports that are generated every month on the SAS application and uploaded to the OmSpan Web-based application.
BPS Kota Bukittinggi is one of the working units that has the obligation to report monthly output achievements through the two programs. The programs are inputted by the operator. Today, the operator of the BPS Kota Bukittinggi for the program has taken part in the socialization of the implementation of the reporting of the two programs online. Several differences and new developments were conveyed in the socialization, especially those related to technical implementation. It is hoped that in the future BPS Kota Bukittinggi will be able to report on the results of output and monitor activities correctly and according to field implementation.
