Monthly reporting on the achievement of e-monev output

One of the obligations of government agencies in carrying out their duties is to carry out monitoring, evaluation and reporting. Every month BPS Kota Bukittinggi evaluates the results of the output as stipulated in DIPA BPS for the City of Bukittinggi. The report on the achievement of output is reported by each of the Function Coordinators and the General Section on the progress of the implementation of activities in their respective functions and subsections. The implementation status is divided into several stages, including the planning, preparation, implementation, reporting stages. This year, Bappenas added another indicator, namely utilization status, namely whether the activity has been used by the general public or not. BPS Kota Bukittinggi always holds an activity meeting every month to monitor and evaluate the implementation of activities at each stage.
