Pada Juni 2025 terjadi inflasi year on year (y-on-y) di Kota Bukittinggi sebesar 0,60 persen dengan Indeks Harga Konsumen (IHK) sebesar 107,81. Tingkat deflasi month to month (m-to-m) Kota Bukittinggi sebesar 0,4 persen dan tingkat inflasi year to date (y-to-d) sebesar 1,34 persen.
